About ICECES 2026
“电能转换与能源系统国际学术会议”面向能源绿色低碳转型、先进能源动力装备发展以及新型能源系统建设需求,聚焦电能转换理论、关键装备、系统集成与智能运行等前沿领域,旨在搭建高水平国际学术交流平台,促进相关领域基础研究、关键技术与工程应用的深度融合。
会议以“电能转换”为技术主线,以“能源系统”为应用载体和系统延展,围绕发电、电动、储能、并网、变换、控制、能量管理、智能运维等关键环节,推动电机及电驱系统、新能源转换与控制、微电网及集群、水电能源动力装备、储能与多能互补系统等方向的交叉融合。通过汇聚国内外相关领域专家学者与产业界代表,促进学术创新、技术进步与协同合作,服务新型能源体系建设和先进能源动力装备高质量发展。
总体上,会议立足优势平台基础,着力构建一个兼具学术深度、交叉广度和工程特色的国际化交流平台,逐步形成具有持续影响力的学术品牌。
The International Conference on Energy Conversion and Energy Systems addresses the demands of the green and low-carbon energy transition, the development of advanced energy and power equipment, and the construction of new energy systems. Focusing on frontier areas such as energy conversion theory, key equipment, system integration, and intelligent operation, the conference aims to establish a high-level international academic exchange platform. Its goal is to promote the deep integration of basic research, key technologies, and engineering applications within these fields.
Centering on "Energy Conversion" as the technical core and "Energy Systems" as the application platform and systemic extension, the conference covers key links including power generation, electric drive, energy storage, grid integration, conversion, control, energy management, and intelligent operation and maintenance (O&M). It fosters interdisciplinary integration across directions such as motor and electric drive systems, new energy conversion and control, microgrids and clusters, hydropower energy equipment, and energy storage with multi-energy complementary systems. By bringing together experts, scholars, and industry representatives from around the world, the conference facilitates academic innovation, technological advancement, and collaborative cooperation, contributing to the construction of new energy systems and the high-quality development of advanced energy and power equipment.

Submission and Publication
经过严格评审后,所有被接收的论文将提交至IEEE,以会议论文集的形式出版,并随后提交至IEEE Xplore数据库收录。
After rigorous review, all accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE for publication in the form of conference proceedings, and then submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
投稿注意事项
Submission Guidelines
- 论文篇幅不得少于4页。(下载论文模板)
- Papers must be at least 4 pages long. (Download Template)
- 会议仅接受英文投稿。
- The conference only accepts submissions in English.
- 每篇录用论文可享一名作者免费注册(用于口头或海报展示)。
- Each accepted paper is entitled to one free registration (for oral or poster presentation).
- 付款后因个人原因撤稿将收取出版费用30%的服务费。
- A 30% service fee of the publication fee will be charged for withdrawals made for personal reasons after payment.
- 论文应具有学术或实用价值且未曾在其他地方发表。作者可自费使用CrossCheck、Turnitin等系统进行查重。
- Papers should be of academic or practical value and have not been published previously. Authors can use CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other systems for plagiarism checks at their own expense.
- 录用论文须在会议现场进行展示(海报或口头报告)方可进入出版流程。
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference venue (poster or oral) in order to proceed to the publication process.
- 论文须满足EI检索的基本要求,注重模型、数据、实验与数据分析。出版方对录用拥有最终决定权。
- Papers must meet the basic requirements for EI indexing, with a focus on models, data, experiments, and data analysis. The publisher has the final decision on acceptance.
